1. Greet and welcome customers to the jewelry department with a friendly and positive attitude.
2. Assist customers in finding their desired jewelry item and provide product knowledge and information.
3. Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends and use that knowledge to make recommendations to customers.
4. Maintain a clean and organized jewelry department, including proper pricing and display of merchandise.
5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
6. Proactively communicate with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchases and address any concerns or issues.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure proper inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed.
8. Participate in store events and promotions to increase sales and promote the jewelry department.
9. Stay informed about TJX Companies' policies and procedures, and adhere to them at all times.
10. Continuously develop product knowledge and attend training sessions to stay updated on new merchandise and trends.
11. Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met.
