1. Stay up-to-date on current jewelry trends and styles to assist customers in making informed purchases.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with shoppers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
3. Maintain a clean and organized jewelry department, including restocking and arranging displays.
4. Process jewelry transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or other payment methods.
5. Educate customers on the features and benefits of various jewelry pieces.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers.
7. Assist in receiving and unpacking new jewelry merchandise, ensuring accuracy and proper placement on the sales floor.
8. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures and safety guidelines.
9. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
10. Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
11. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management.
12. Proactively suggest ways to improve the jewelry department and overall shopping experience for customers.
13. Perform other related duties as assigned by the store manager.
