  1. Stay up-to-date on jewelry and fashion trends to provide knowledgeable and current advice to customers.
  2. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for customers.
  4. Help customers select jewelry pieces that best fit their personal style and needs.
  5. Maintain a neat and organized jewelry department, including restocking and displaying merchandise.
  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and concerns, resolving any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  9. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  10. Maintain awareness of inventory levels and assist with inventory management.
  11. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
  12. Keep track of customer feedback and communicate any trends or concerns to management.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and make recommendations for improvements.
  14. Assist with any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.
