1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their jewelry purchases and inquiries.
3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of current fashion trends and product knowledge in the jewelry department.
4. Assist customers in finding the right jewelry pieces to match their style and needs.
5. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's point-of-sale system.
7. Maintain a clean and organized jewelry department, including display cases and inventory.
8. Assist in receiving and merchandising new jewelry products.
