  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner while providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Demonstrate extensive knowledge and understanding of different types of jewelry, including materials, styles, and trends.
  3. Assist customers in selecting the perfect jewelry pieces to fit their individual style and needs.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized jewelry display, ensuring all items are properly tagged and priced.
  5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
  6. Stay up-to-date on current promotions and sales to effectively communicate them to customers.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  9. Participate in ongoing training and development to build product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  11. Meet and exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  12. Continuously maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the company's values and brand in all interactions.

  14. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking new merchandise and conducting periodic inventory counts.
