  1. Support international operations: The International Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting all aspects of TJX Companies' international operations, including but not limited to logistics, supply chain management, and market research.
  2. Execute global strategies: The specialist will work closely with the international team to ensure the smooth execution of global strategies, including product launches, marketing campaigns, and expansion plans.
  3. Communicate effectively: The specialist must have strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders, both domestically and internationally, to ensure alignment and efficient execution of initiatives.
  4. Analyze data and trends: Using analytical skills, the specialist will gather and analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in international operations.
  5. Ensure compliance: The specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with international laws, regulations, and company policies in all aspects of international operations.
  6. Manage relationships: The specialist will build and maintain relationships with international partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support successful operations and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In International Business, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Fluency In At Least One Foreign Language, With Proficiency In Multiple Languages Preferred.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In International Operations, Preferably In A Retail Or Supply Chain Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Trade And Logistics, Including Import/Export Regulations And Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Vendors From Different Cultures.
