  1. Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR matters.
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with leaders to identify and address talent needs, including recruitment, development, and retention.
  4. Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  5. Conduct regular reviews and analysis of HR metrics and data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  6. Proactively identify potential HR issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
  8. Lead and participate in various HR projects and initiatives, ensuring effective and timely implementation.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation within the HR function.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
  11. Coach and develop managers on HR-related topics, including performance management and employee development.
  12. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  13. Participate in the design and delivery of training programs to support employee development and engagement.
  14. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the HR team.
  15. Represent the company at external events and conferences to promote the organization as an employer of choice.

Job Qualifications
