Health & Safety Auditor

1. Conduct regular audits and inspections of all TJX Company locations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
2. Identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for corrective actions to prevent accidents and injuries.
3. Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and training programs to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
4. Collaborate with management and staff to address any health and safety concerns and provide guidance on best practices.
5. Stay up-to-date with current health and safety regulations and make any necessary updates to company policies and procedures.
6. Investigate and report any incidents or accidents and make recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
7. Conduct risk assessments and develop plans to mitigate potential hazards.
8. Communicate and work closely with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements.
9. Monitor and track all health and safety related data and prepare reports for senior management.
10. Conduct regular training and educational sessions to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and operations, to ensure all safety protocols are being followed.
12. Serve as a point of contact for any health and safety related inquiries or concerns from employees or customers.
13. Maintain accurate and organized records of all health and safety related activities.
14. Continuously evaluate and improve health and safety processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness.
15. Act as a role model by following all health and safety guidelines and promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization.
