- Monitor and respond to all security and safety incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Operate and maintain security and surveillance systems to ensure the safety of our stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices.
- Communicate with various teams, including store and corporate employees, law enforcement, and emergency services, to coordinate responses to security and safety incidents.
- Conduct regular checks of security and safety equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Review and analyze security footage to identify potential threats and risks.
- Conduct investigations and gather evidence related to security and safety incidents.
- Create and maintain accurate and detailed reports of all security and safety incidents.
- Train store and corporate employees on security and safety procedures and protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in security and safety to continuously improve our protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Loss Prevention and Human Resources, to ensure company-wide compliance with security and safety policies.
- Respond to and resolve any customer concerns or complaints related to security or safety matters.
- Maintain a professional and customer-centric attitude at all times, representing the company's commitment to exceptional service.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Act as a first responder in emergency situations, such as natural disasters or active threats.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information related to security and safety incidents.
Experience In Security And Safety Operations: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In Security And Safety Operations, Ideally In A Global Or Multi-Location Environment. This Experience Should Include Monitoring And Responding To Security And Safety Incidents, Conducting Investigations, And Implementing Security And Safety Protocols.
Knowledge Of Security And Safety Protocols: A Strong Understanding Of Security And Safety Protocols, Procedures, And Best Practices Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Be Familiar With Emergency Response Plans, Access Control Systems, And Cctv Monitoring.
Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Global Security & Safety Center Operator, The Ability To Communicate Clearly And Effectively With Team Members And Other Stakeholders Is Crucial. Candidates Should Also Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Handle Unexpected Situations And Make Quick Decisions Under Pressure.
Attention To Detail And Ability To Multitask: The Role Of A Global Security & Safety Center Operator Requires Strong Attention To Detail To Effectively Monitor And Respond To Security And Safety Incidents. Candidates Should Also Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously, Such As Monitoring Cctv Feeds, Responding To Alarms, And Communicating With Team Members.
