Job Description

Serves as business consultant to functional areas for automating HR business processes and requirements and evaluating system capabilities as a potential solution and/or partner with other HRIS/IT partners in suggesting alternative solutions. Act as primary contact for HR IT technical support and case management, ensuring satisfactory resolutions and escalations as needed. Serves as team expert on system functionality; provides expertise in the various modules to functional owners as needed. Evaluates small enhancement impacts and lead implementation efforts. Assists with preparation of end to end test scenarios as needed. Acts as escalation point for team members. Oversees and manages operations necessary to ensure global core data integrity and operational efficiency of HR systems. Provides direction to and manages HRIS Analysts. Establishes strategic goals and objectives for direct reports. Provides development and direction to team in achieving objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 years system administration and leadership experience

  • Experience managing HR systems projects and working with technical resources is required
