1. Develop and implement innovative and eye-catching store displays that align with the company's visual merchandising strategy.

3. Collaborate with store management and visual merchandisers to ensure consistency and brand standards are met.
4. Regularly inspect and maintain store fixtures to ensure they are in good condition and functioning effectively.
5. Create and maintain detailed documentation of store layouts and fixture placement for future reference.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising and implement them in store displays.
7. Work closely with the buying team to ensure that new products are effectively integrated into store displays.
8. Train and mentor store associates on proper merchandising techniques and standards.
9. Communicate with vendors and third-party fixture providers to order and coordinate delivery of new fixtures.
10. Manage and track inventory of fixtures and inform management of any shortages or damages.
11. Conduct regular store walks and provide feedback on store displays and fixtures to identify areas for improvement.
12. Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure all store displays and fixtures are completed on time.
13. Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety guidelines when handling fixtures.
14. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to develop and execute special store displays for promotions or events.
15. Continuously seek out ways to improve store displays and fixtures to enhance the customer shopping experience.
