  1. Manage complex schedules for senior executives in the logistics department.
  2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for department members.
  3. Maintain and organize important documents and files for the logistics department.
  4. Assist with data management and analysis for various logistics projects and initiatives.
  5. Provide administrative support to senior executives, including drafting correspondence, creating presentations, and conducting research.
  6. Act as a liaison between the logistics department and other departments within the company.
  7. Communicate with external partners and vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  8. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges in the supply chain.
  9. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior executives.
  10. Uphold the company's values and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  11. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role Or Within The Logistics Industry.
