  1. Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel arrangements.
  2. Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and communications for the executive team, ensuring timely and efficient response.
  3. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the executive team, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  4. Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, as well as external partners and stakeholders.
  5. Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  6. Proactively identify and resolve any administrative issues or challenges that may arise for the executive team.
  7. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events for the executive team, including logistical arrangements and preparation of materials.
  8. Conduct research and gather information as needed to support the executive team in decision-making and strategic planning.
  9. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
  10. Serve as a point of contact for the executive team, providing excellent customer service and representing the company in a professional manner.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline administrative processes and procedures for the executive team.
  12. Uphold and promote the values and culture of TJX Companies, including teamwork, innovation, and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Support Role, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With All Levels Of Management And External Stakeholders.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software Programs, With The Ability To Learn New Systems Quickly.

  • Proven Ability To Handle Confidential Information With Discretion And Maintain A High Level Of Professionalism At All Times.
