5. Train and mentor store managers on company policies, procedures, and best practices.

7. Collaborate with other district supervisors and upper management to share best practices and promote teamwork.
8. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and make informed decisions.
9. Ensure all stores maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shopping environment.
10. Manage inventory levels and work with store managers to implement effective merchandising strategies.
11. Communicate company initiatives, promotions, and policies to store teams.
12. Handle any escalated customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to store managers.
14. Assist in the hiring, training, and development of store managers and other store employees.
15. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' activities to inform decision-making and improve performance.
