  1. Oversee and manage the performance of multiple retail locations within the designated district.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability within the district.
  3. Provide leadership and direction to store managers and their teams, setting clear expectations and goals.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and take necessary actions to improve results.
  5. Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  6. Train and mentor store managers on effective retail operations and best practices.
  7. Collaborate with other district supervisors and company leaders to share best practices and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Monitor inventory levels and work with store managers to ensure proper stock levels and merchandising.
  10. Monitor and manage expenses within the district, including labor and operational costs.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to make informed decisions.
  12. Communicate effectively with upper management and provide regular updates on district performance.
  13. Act as a role model for company values and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to store managers.
  15. Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and develop talent within the district.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Merchandising, And Sales Strategies.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Customer Service Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Motivating A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Abilities, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Both Employees And Customers.
