  1. Lead and Motivate Store Managers: The District Supervisor will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Store Managers to achieve sales and operational goals.
  2. Develop Talent: The District Supervisor will be responsible for identifying and developing talent within the store management team to ensure the future success of the company.
  3. Drive Results: The District Supervisor will be responsible for setting and achieving sales and operational goals for the district, and taking necessary actions to drive results.
  4. Customer Experience: The District Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience across all stores within the district.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Supervisory Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales And Performance Targets.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Retail Management, Or A Related Field, Or Equivalent Work Experience.
