- Oversee and manage multiple retail store locations within a designated district.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of store managers and associates to drive sales and achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability across all stores within the district.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and take necessary action.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role Within The Retail Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Customer Service.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Achieving Financial Targets, As Well As Implementing Successful Strategies To Improve Store Performance.
