  1. Oversee and manage multiple retail store locations within a designated district.
  2. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of store managers and associates to drive sales and achieve operational excellence.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability across all stores within the district.
  4. Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and take necessary action.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  6. Train and coach store managers on effective leadership and management techniques.
  7. Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  8. Collaborate with other district supervisors and company leadership to share best practices and drive overall company success.
  9. Communicate effectively with store managers, associates, and corporate teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all stores.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
  11. Represent the company in a professional manner and serve as a brand ambassador within the district.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
  13. Manage and allocate resources efficiently to achieve business objectives.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to store managers.
  15. Address and resolve any customer or employee issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  16. Maintain a high level of operational standards and ensure stores are meeting company expectations for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and inventory management.
  17. Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for store management positions within the district.
  18. Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional growth to enhance leadership skills and industry knowledge.
  19. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure that all team members are doing the same.
  20. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture that reflects the company’s values and mission.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role Within The Retail Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Customer Service.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Achieving Financial Targets, As Well As Implementing Successful Strategies To Improve Store Performance.
