
Distribution Services Production Specialist
Assists their Manager in a liaison role between all Planning and Allocation divisions and the Distribution Centers communicating production priorities, unit and dollar volume needs, situational department production, merchandising issues, allocation issues and special requests. Aids in identifying communicating production needs and priorities to Distribution Services Senior Leaders. Aids in coordinating inbound freight flow with TJX Logistics Inbound to ensure unit flow is adequate to meet production needs. Assists in coordination between Distribution Center production volume plans and Planning and Allocation shipping goals in order to improve efficiencies and achieve the planned store inventory levels. Participates in providing functional guidance and ongoing training/development/education to the Planning and Allocation team as it relates to Distribution Center network efficiencies and abilities, as well as partnering in training of the Distribution Centers as it relates to Planning and Allocation requirements.
Strong knowledge of Distribution Center processing, support and systemic operations
1-2 years of experience in P&A, Merchandising, Distribution Services or Finance
