
Digital Merchandising & Operations Specialist
As the Digital Merchandising & Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development and execution of the on-site customer experience. The Digital Merchandising & Operations Specialist will support customer-centric merchandising strategies and digital marketing initiatives to drive and increase overall sales. Regularly analyze site metrics and related data to identify opportunities to improve customer experience across the various sites and product categories – you’ll serve as the go-to person for insight on site health and performance. Manage on-site content and creative needs from strategy to implementation, partnering with Planning & Marketing teams to ensure alignment on future initiatives and past performance. Develop and support on-site testing initiatives and provide recommendations on feature and functionality improvements to enhance customer experience, measuring impact and performance through analytics and various data points.
2 years related experience
Prior experience with content management, digital merchandising and ability to conduct analysis on product trends and availability
Ability to prioritize and multi-task with a strong attention to detail and process
Passion to improve customer experience and brand equity online
Experience within multi-channel retailers preferred, e-commerce especially
