  2. Train, coach, and motivate team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service to customers.
  3. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  4. Create and maintain a positive and supportive work environment for team members.
  5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  6. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and merchandising, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and work with store management to ensure timely product replenishment.
  9. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate company updates, goals, and expectations.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  11. Assist with scheduling and managing staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage during peak shopping periods.
  12. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular reports to management.
  13. Lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  14. Handle cash and credit transactions in a professional and accurate manner.
  15. Collaborate with HR to recruit, hire, and onboard new customer service team members.
  16. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  17. Continuously seek ways to improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  18. Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
