  1. Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
  2. Train and develop team members to uphold company standards and expectations for customer service.
  3. Act as a role model and mentor for team members, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
  4. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve customer service skills.
  5. Create and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  8. Develop and maintain customer service policies and procedures.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service strategies.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and make recommendations for promotions or disciplinary actions.
  11. Manage team schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
  12. Communicate effectively with upper management to provide updates on team performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to accurately assist customers and provide information to team members.
  14. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer service experience.
