  1. Supervise and lead the customer service department to ensure exceptional service is provided to all shoppers.

  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and handle disciplinary actions if necessary.
  11. Collaborate with HR to recruit and hire new customer service representatives.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service to improve departmental processes.
  13. Lead by example and maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  15. Communicate effectively with upper management and provide regular reports on departmental performance.
