  3. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
  4. Monitor and evaluate team performance through regular coaching and feedback.
  5. Set and achieve customer service goals and targets in line with company objectives.
  6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Work closely with other departments to identify and resolve any customer service issues.
  8. Maintain a positive and customer-centric work environment.
  9. Create and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  10. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer service.
  11. Conduct regular team meetings and communicate important updates and changes.
  12. Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure seamless operations across all customer service channels.

  14. Participate in hiring and training new customer service team members.
