3. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and gift card payments.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
5. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback via phone, email, and social media platforms.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure all customer needs are met and service standards are consistently upheld.
7. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and store promotions to effectively assist customers with their purchases.
8. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of both customers and employees.
