  1. Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customers' needs and concerns.
  3. Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, returns, and exchanges.
  4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's point-of-sale system.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a positive and inviting shopping experience for customers.
  6. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to accurately answer customer questions.
  8. Proactively identify and communicate any potential issues or concerns to management.
  9. Uphold company standards and policies, including but not limited to dress code, attendance, and customer service guidelines.
  10. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management on ways to enhance customer service.
  11. Participate in training and development opportunities to improve customer service skills and knowledge.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
  13. Adhere to all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of customers and employees.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting and upholding its values and principles.
  15. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
