  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, addressing their concerns, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers, providing information and guidance on products, services, and promotions.
  4. Act as a liaison between customers and the store management team, relaying any customer feedback or concerns to improve the overall shopping experience.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  6. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including returns and exchanges.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  8. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by actively seeking out opportunities for improvement and providing suggestions to management.
  9. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions to effectively assist customers and address any issues that may arise.
