- Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate communications strategy for TJX Companies to increase brand awareness and drive business results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key messaging and communication opportunities.
- Create compelling and engaging content, including press releases, presentations, and social media posts, to effectively communicate the company's brand and key messages.
- Serve as the company's spokesperson and establish relationships with media outlets to secure positive coverage.
- Manage and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, and media outlets.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Develop crisis communication plans and act as a primary point of contact during times of crisis.
- Lead and mentor a team of communications professionals to ensure the successful execution of communication strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends and continuously seek out new and innovative ways to promote the company's brand.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and uphold the company's values and messaging in all communications.
Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Communications Or Marketing Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Corporate Setting.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With A Strong Attention To Detail.
Proven Experience In Developing And Executing Comprehensive Communication Strategies.
