
Cash Accounting Analyst
Completes monthly master account reconciliations for disbursement, concentration, and depository accounts. Researches outstanding items with the appropriate departments and/or banks to ensure timely and accurate resolution. Prepares monthly cash flow forecasting to be reported on financial documents. Prepares supporting analyses pertaining to cash flow forecast to ensure accuracy and identify trends. Researches and provides explanations for month end variances. Prepares month end accruals to ensure accurate reporting. Prepares the annual plan for Cash Accounting related expenses. Reviews the plan on a monthly basis and submits the Rolling Plan for usage and trending changes. Analyzes and prepares invoices. Researches variances to contracted pricing and coordinates with vendors to communicate these variances. Performs the daily ACH transfer of store cash for all domestic divisions to the home office concentration accounts, ensuring Corporate Treasury access to funds in a timely manner.
1-2 years of relevant work experience (staff accountant)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, environment, and able to prioritize effectively
