Lead with integrity and through results as a TJX campus recruiting team member by exceeding delivery expectations while also contributing to the success of other campus team members and larger campus recruiting objectives. Build and establish trust and credibility as a campus talent expert through pro-active communication and collaboration with key Business Leaders, Human Resources Business Partners, and other cross-functional partners in order to influence, collaborate, build and execute right-sized campus recruiting strategies for the business.
