1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the backroom, ensuring efficiency and organization at all times.
2. Lead and develop a team of backroom associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they are performing at their best.
3. Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of merchandise on the sales floor.
4. Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a safe working environment.
