  1. Oversee the daily operations of the backroom department to ensure efficient and accurate processing of merchandise.
  2. Lead and manage a team of backroom associates to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  3. Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate merchandise flow.
  4. Train and develop backroom associates on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
  6. Conduct regular audits and checks to ensure accuracy and quality of merchandise handling.
  7. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
  8. Manage and maintain backroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to improve backroom processes and productivity.
  10. Prepare and analyze reports on backroom operations and performance.
  11. Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to achieve company goals and objectives.
  12. Address and resolve any backroom-related issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve backroom operations.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of company products, promotions, and sales strategies.
  15. Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new backroom associates as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Backroom Or Inventory Control Role.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Manage A Team Of Backroom Associates.

  • Excellent Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Maintain Accurate Inventory Records And Follow Company Procedures.

  • Proficient In Computer Systems And Software, Including Inventory Management Systems And Microsoft Office.
