In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our backroom, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of inventory. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to lead a team.   1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the backroom, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely restocking of products.
  3. Train and supervise backroom team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  4. Implement and maintain organizational systems to improve efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.
  5. Communicate effectively with other departments, including purchasing, sales, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.
  6. Troubleshoot any issues that arise in the backroom and work to find solutions in a timely manner.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized backroom area, adhering to company safety and security protocols.
  8. Monitor and track backroom productivity and create reports for upper management.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory control and loss prevention measures.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve backroom processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and motivation among backroom team members.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in backroom management, implementing new strategies as needed.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Adhere to all company values and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.
  15. Perform any additional duties or responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
