As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the successful operation and profitability of the store.   1. Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to meet and exceed sales targets and customer service goals.
  3. Create a positive and engaging work environment by fostering teamwork, open communication, and recognition of achievements.
  4. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Monitor and manage store inventory levels, ensuring proper merchandise levels are maintained at all times.
  6. Oversee and execute merchandising and visual standards to create an attractive and organized store environment.
  7. Utilize sales reports and data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to enhance store performance.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  10. Assist in the implementation of loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.
  11. Act as the Store Manager in their absence, making decisions and handling any issues that may arise.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  13. Collaborate with other Assistant Store Managers and Store Manager to share best practices and drive overall store success.
  14. Attend and actively participate in meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required.
  15. Uphold a strong understanding of the company's values and mission, and ensure they are reflected in all aspects of store operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Similar Industry Or Company.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: An Assistant Store Manager At Tjx Companies Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees.
