In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist in managing daily operations and driving sales in our store.   1. Assist in managing the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staffing, and scheduling.
  2. Drive sales and meet sales goals by motivating and coaching team members to provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Create a positive and welcoming environment for customers through effective leadership and communication.
  4. Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and make strategic decisions to increase profitability.
  6. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and execute strategies to achieve store objectives.
  9. Foster a strong teamwork mentality and promote a positive work culture among team members.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve store operations and provide feedback to upper management.
  12. Act as a role model for team members, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.
  13. Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating team members to ensure a high-performing team.
  14. Stay informed about industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  15. Maintain a safe and clean store environment for both employees and customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Customer Service.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Retail Management Experience, Preferably In A Similar Role.
