- Assist in managing the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staffing, and scheduling.
- Drive sales and meet sales goals by motivating and coaching team members to provide exceptional customer service.
- Create a positive and welcoming environment for customers through effective leadership and communication.
- Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and make strategic decisions to increase profitability.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and execute strategies to achieve store objectives.
- Foster a strong teamwork mentality and promote a positive work culture among team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve store operations and provide feedback to upper management.
- Act as a role model for team members, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.
- Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating team members to ensure a high-performing team.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment for both employees and customers.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Customer Service.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Retail Management Experience, Preferably In A Similar Role.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Customers And Team Members In A Professional And Friendly Manner.
Ability To Work A Flexible Schedule, Including Nights, Weekends, And Holidays, As Needed.
