Landscaping Manager

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong understanding of landscaping principles, and an eye for detail. This role is a great opportunity to use your creative vision to help Tishman Speyer maintain and enhance its award-winning landscape design and management.The Landscaping Manager is responsible for overseeing the landscaping of all Tishman Speyer properties, developing and implementing landscaping plans, managing contractors and vendors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires an individual with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.We are seeking candidates with a degree in horticulture or landscape architecture, at least five years of landscaping experience, and a valid driver’s license. A passion for excellence and a commitment to customer service is a must. If you have a strong work ethic and the ability to think outside of the box, then this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all landscaping of Tishman Speyer properties, including developing and implementing landscaping plans.
2. Manage contractors and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Utilize problem-solving skills and lead a team of landscaping professionals.
4. Work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction with landscaping projects.
5. Create and maintain accurate records and documentation of all landscaping projects.
6. Develop and implement creative landscaping solutions to maximize efficiency and cost savings.
7. Ensure all landscaping projects are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
8. Monitor the health and safety of landscaping staff and ensure adherence to safety standards.
9. Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program for all landscaping equipment.
10. Remain current with the latest trends and technology in the landscaping industry.
