Manage space planning tools, tracking occupancy and hiring forecasts to proactively forecast need and efficiently manage space utilization. Oversee seating assignments and move management strategies for both HQ and SF/PA office. Develop space plan scenarios and related project budgets and provide input to capital project budgets. Prepare as-built plans, hypothetical space plans and furniture layouts. Act as primary contact for all design, workplace standards, furniture reconfigurations and construction coordination. Work closely with facility design team, project architect, project furniture vendor(s), and other technical teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget.
