- Lead user research initiatives: Conduct and oversee user research studies to gather insights and understand user behavior, needs, and preferences.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations: Analyze and synthesize user research findings to provide valuable insights and actionable recommendations for product improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure that user research is integrated into the design and development process.
- Design research studies: Develop and implement research methodologies, including surveys, usability studies, focus groups, and interviews, to gather feedback and insights from users.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user research to continually improve research processes and methodologies.
- Communicate research findings: Effectively communicate research findings to stakeholders and team members through presentations, reports, and other relevant formats.
- Advocate for the user: Serve as the voice of the user and advocate for their needs and preferences in all product and design decisions.
- Manage and mentor junior researchers: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the research team, ensuring high-quality research methods and outcomes.
- Collaborate on product strategy: Work with product managers and designers to identify research opportunities and incorporate user insights into product strategy and roadmap planning.
- Drive continuous improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve research methods, processes, and tools to ensure efficient and effective data collection and analysis.
Bachelor's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Or Related Field
3-5 Years Of Experience In Ux Research Or Related Field
Strong Understanding Of Qualitative And Quantitative Research Methods
Proficiency In User Testing, Usability Testing, And Conducting Surveys
