  1. Source and attract top technical candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  2. Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and effectively fill open positions.
  4. Utilize creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and build a pipeline for future hiring needs.
  5. Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top technical talent.
  6. Act as a brand ambassador for the company and effectively communicate our mission, values, and culture to potential candidates.
  7. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to the HR team and hiring managers.
  10. Actively participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
  11. Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  12. Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
  14. Adhere to all legal and company policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Technical Recruiting, Preferably In The Tech Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Sourcing, Attracting, And Hiring Top Technical Talent.

  • Familiarity With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruiting Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers.
