- Develop and implement consumer insights and experience strategy to drive business growth and enhance user experience on the Tinder platform.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on user behavior, preferences and trends to inform product and brand strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key areas for improvement based on consumer insights.
- Lead the development of user personas and journey maps to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Extensive Experience In Consumer Insights And Market Research: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of At Least 8-10 Years In Consumer Insights And Market Research, With A Strong Understanding Of The Latest Methodologies And Tools.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Sr. Director, The Candidate Should Possess The Ability To Think Strategically And Provide Actionable Insights To Drive Business Growth. They Should Also Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Address Complex Challenges And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
