  1. Develop and implement consumer insights and experience strategy to drive business growth and enhance user experience on the Tinder platform.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis on user behavior, preferences and trends to inform product and brand strategy.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key areas for improvement based on consumer insights.
  4. Lead the development of user personas and journey maps to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  5. Utilize data and analytics tools to track and measure the success of initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for future strategies.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  7. Oversee consumer research initiatives such as surveys, focus groups and usability studies to gather valuable insights.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance research capabilities.
  9. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders to inform decision-making.
  10. Mentor and manage a team of consumer insights professionals to ensure high-quality work and continued professional development.
  11. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand and user experience across all touchpoints.
  12. Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain users, based on deep understanding of their needs and behaviors.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate user satisfaction and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive growth.
  14. Serve as a thought leader within the company, regularly sharing insights and recommendations on consumer behavior and industry trends.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships and staying informed on the latest insights and trends.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Consumer Insights And Market Research: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of At Least 8-10 Years In Consumer Insights And Market Research, With A Strong Understanding Of The Latest Methodologies And Tools.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Sr. Director, The Candidate Should Possess The Ability To Think Strategically And Provide Actionable Insights To Drive Business Growth. They Should Also Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Address Complex Challenges And Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Interpretation: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Data Analysis And Interpretation Techniques, Including Statistical Analysis, Data Visualization, And Data Storytelling. Proficiency In Tools Such As Spss, Tableau, And Excel Is Also Preferred.

  • Leadership And Team Management: The Role Of A Sr. Director Requires Leadership Abilities To Guide And Mentor A Team Of Analysts And Researchers. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing A Team And Fostering A Collaborative And High-Performing Work Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Senior Leader, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Insights And Recommendations To Various Stakeholders, Including Executives And Cross-Functional Teams.
