This role is in the unique position of working with Tinder’s leadership to evaluate, synthesize, and form perspectives that will directly impact key product decision-making. Conduct research including industry landscapes, product and feature analyses, and generating insights about our key strategic metrics. Assist in the development and planning of monetization product strategy through analysis and research. Collaborate with the product team and other internal stakeholders across the company to plan and execute both long and short-term strategic goals. Identify, gather and analyze large amounts of data quickly and effectively in order to evaluate complex, ambiguous business problems. Form thoughtful and comprehensive business cases for new businesses or product theses. Partner on multiple projects with competing deadlines.
