  1. Manage and resolve escalated issues from Tinder's global user base in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Communicate effectively and professionally with users to understand their concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
  3. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support and product development, to address and resolve escalations.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all escalations and their resolutions.
  6. Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventive measures to improve overall user experience.
  7. Stay up-to-date on Tinder's products and services to effectively troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all users.
  9. Continuously monitor and analyze escalations to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling escalations.
  11. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  12. Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.
  13. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Represent Tinder in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Support Role, Preferably In A Tech Company.

  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Handle Difficult And Escalated Customer Situations.

  • Experience With Crm Software And Customer Support Tools.

  • Knowledge Of Global Markets And Cultural Sensitivity To Effectively Handle Customer Inquiries From Various Regions.
