  • Develop and implement a cohesive global brand strategy for Tinder that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Lead and inspire a team of brand strategists to execute on the brand strategy and drive results.
  • Create and manage budgets for brand initiatives and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and continually improve the brand strategy.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure Tinder's brand remains relevant and competitive.
