Engagement Data Analyst
As an analyst in this role, you will be a partner to the Engagement team, providing support for A/B test design and analysis as well as data-driven insights through ad-hoc analyses, presentations, and automated reports and dashboards. Find the “story” in the data and communicate insights and opportunities with executive and other internal teams. Conduct comprehensive analysis of CRM as it relates to growth, engagement, reactivation, and revenue. Integrate captured event data with other sources of customer data, such as surveys and app store data.
3+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge of statistics and experimental design and analysis
Familiarity with common KPI's metrics and growth experiments
