  1. Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the company and on the Tinder platform.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and address diversity and inclusion needs.
  3. Lead and support the creation of policies and practices that foster an inclusive workplace culture.
  4. Develop and deliver training programs and workshops on diversity, equity, and inclusion topics.
  5. Conduct research and stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to diversity and inclusion.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with external organizations and partners to further diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  7. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of DEI programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Serve as a thought leader and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the company and in the community.
  9. Provide guidance and support to leadership and employees on DEI-related matters.
  10. Actively promote and support an inclusive and diverse community for all users of the Tinder platform.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Diversity And Inclusion, Human Resources, Or Organizational Development.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion Program Management, Ideally In The Tech Industry.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Issues Related To Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion, Including Intersectionality, Unconscious Bias, And Systemic Discrimination.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives, Including Employee Training, Recruitment Strategies, And Retention Programs.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders Across All Levels Of The Organization.
