Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Diversity And Inclusion, Human Resources, Or Organizational Development.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion Program Management, Ideally In The Tech Industry.
In-Depth Understanding Of Issues Related To Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion, Including Intersectionality, Unconscious Bias, And Systemic Discrimination.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives, Including Employee Training, Recruitment Strategies, And Retention Programs.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders Across All Levels Of The Organization.
