- Develop and execute communication strategies to promote and strengthen Tinder's brand in the Pan Asia Pacific region
- Create engaging and culturally sensitive messaging that resonates with diverse audiences
- Monitor and analyze communication campaigns to track effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels
- Act as a liaison between Tinder and media outlets, influencers, and other partners in the region

- Stay up-to-date with market trends and consumer behavior in the Pan APAC region to inform communication strategies
- Write and edit compelling and impactful content for various communication channels, including social media, press releases, and marketing materials

- Act as a brand ambassador and represent Tinder at events, conferences, and speaking engagements
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and relationships within the Pan APAC region to leverage for future communication opportunities
- Train and educate colleagues on effective communication strategies and best practices for engaging with diverse audiences
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on communication efforts and results in the Pan APAC region
- Collaborate with the global communications team to ensure alignment and consistency with overall brand messaging and goals.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Communications Or Marketing Role, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills In English, With Proficiency In At Least One Other Language Commonly Spoken In The Apac Region.
Strong Understanding Of Social Media Platforms And Experience Managing Social Media Accounts For A Brand.
Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively, With A Track Record Of Successful Project Management And Meeting Tight Deadlines.
