We’re looking for a passionate and experienced User Support Manager to join the team at Tik Tok! If you have a knack for problem-solving and a deep understanding of user experience, we want to hear from you. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the user support team and ensuring a best-in-class customer service experience.To be successful in this role, you’ll need a minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service or support management, with a strong track record of developing and driving customer satisfaction initiatives. You’ll also need a degree in computer science or similar field, strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for technology.If you’re an experienced customer service or support manager, with a commitment to delivering excellence and a passion for technology, we’d love to hear from you!
