This individual will lead the trust and safety operations team and play an integral role in developing, executing, and managing our trust and safety operations strategy. This role requires a customer-centric leader with outstanding communication skills, a commitment to customer safety and experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.This individual must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service, trust and safety operations, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of trust and safety operations, online safety and security, customer service, and customer experience.
