This individual will be responsible for developing creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent to our organization. If you have proven success in leveraging various resources to source and recruit personnel, and have a passion for our mission, we’d love to hear from you.The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and sourcing, an in-depth understanding of the recruiting process, and the ability to develop relationships with potential candidates. You should also have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, is also essential.
