  1. Oversee the daily line haul operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  2. Collaborate with the shipping and receiving teams to coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the purchasing team to ensure adequate stock levels.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and negotiate rates to ensure cost-effective transportation.
  5. Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  6. Ensure all products are packaged and labeled correctly for transportation.
  7. Supervise a team of line haul drivers and provide training and support as needed.
  8. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  9. Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery times, and any issues that may arise.
  10. Keep up-to-date with TikTok platform updates and utilize it to promote our products and engage with customers.
  11. Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  12. Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  13. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  14. Assist in the development and implementation of new logistics strategies to support company growth.
  15. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our logistics operations.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience In Logistics And Transportation Management: Candidates For The Line Haul Assistant Manager Position At Tiktok Shop - Gtl Logistics Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Transportation And Logistics Industry, Including Knowledge Of Line Haul Operations And Freight Management.
