Job Description

As a Program Manager for the TikTik Global Product&RD TA team, you would support Recruiting Leadership on key initiatives and change management efforts across a variety of business critical programs. Design, own, and manage multiple TikTok Global Product&RD wide programs at any given time, create program strategies and innovative solutions. Use data to create a narrative around hiring, diversity & inclusion, candidate experience and team communication & collaboration. Dive deep into data and root cause issues. Proactively identify and solve problems. Partner with HR tools team to develop reports, analysis and presentations for business review and decision-making. Partner with various organizations such as TA, OCEB, CBP, legal, OEEE and HRBP. Orchestrate regular communications to keep all stakeholders informed.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2+ years of Project Management skills with experience in process improvement

  • At least 1+ years of Data Analysis experience with knowledge of business intelligence tools and data visualization.

  • Experience working with common data science and management tools.

Compensation

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a Talent Acquisition Program Manager in 250 Bryant St, Mountain View, CA 94041, USA is $115,000 to $145,000 per year.
